Our Mission
The mission of J Bar J Learning Center is to promote integrity and develop critical thinking in an atmosphere of positive relationship and mutual respect.

Belief Statement
All students are capable of being confident, self-directed, lifelong learners.

Education Program
J Bar J Learning Center is registered as an alternative education program with the Oregon Department of Education and offers an accredited educational program through the Northwest Accreditation Commission.   The J Bar J Learning Center is a contracted private alternative program for the Bend-La Pine School District. 

The J Bar J Learning Center educational philosophy is the development of the whole person, socially, emotionally, and academically.  It supports high level learning and critical thinking.

The education program is staffed by qualified individuals who are dedicated to the success of each student as a responsible lifelong learner in a changing global community. The classroom has the added advantage of being small with a low teacher/student ratio.

J Bar J Learning Center offers students an innovative and flexible avenue through which students can earn credits and meet the academic standards set by the State of Oregon.
